about
Hi! I’m Sawyer Elliot, and I write about haunted families, stubborn identities, and the messy, beautiful ways people love and hurt each other. Born in sunny Florida and raised on gothic novels and sweet tea, I now live in Oregon, where I share my home with two cats who think they run the place (and they do).
My stories have found homes in places like Feels Blind Literary, Meat for Tea: The Valley Review, Microfiction Monday Magazine, The Fiction Pool, Sad Girls Club, and Herstry. I am the founder of Burgeon Design and Editorial, where I help writers find their voices and tell stories that matter. I am currently writing a novel.
